A valid credit or debit card secures your appointment and is ONLY used for last minute cancellations and “no call, no shows”. Please bring cash or apple pay to your appointment. We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction on any service.

Cancellation Policy

I kindly ask that you give a 24 hour notice if you must cancel/reschedule an appointment. Any appointment cancelled/rescheduled AFTER the 24 hour mark will be charged 50% of the service fee. Any “same day cancellations/rescheduling” &“no call, no shows" will be charged 100% of service No exceptions

Late Policy

I ask for you to please be punctual for the time reserved exclusively for you. If you are late, the service will not be extended. After 10 minutes late, I reserve the right to refuse service and consider you a “no call, no show” and 100% service fee is charged. No exceptions.

No Refunds

Absolutely no refunds for any service. No exceptions. Security deposits will be refunded ONLY if the up coming appointment is cancelled/rescheduled within the proper guideline window (see cancellation policy)

Guest Policy

My goal is to create a relaxing atmosphere to those who come to relax. As well as being respectful to the other service providers. Additional guests and children of all ages are prohibited from the treatment rooms and the lobby. No exceptions. 

Foreign Fills

Unfortunately I do not perform foreign fills. Meaning I do not fill over other lash techs work. However, if you are looking for a full new set and have lashes in currently I will do a lash removal & then preform the full set. Just be sure to book the additional lash removal service.

Consultation With Patch Test

$10.00 deposit required upon booking

A patch test is highly recommend for clients that are concerned of having an allergic reaction to the lash adhesive or lash products. We will meet and go over any questions or concerns you may have and I will apply only a few lashes to the eyes and wait 48 hours to see the ending results.

Classic Lashes -Full Set

$15.00 deposit required upon booking

A single lash extension is placed on a single natural lash. This set gives a natural mascara look. A $10 non refundable deposit is due upon booking and will go towards the initial full set. If you cancel, the $10 fee will not be refunded.

Classic Lash -Fill

$15.00 deposit required upon booking

50% of lashes must be intact. If you haven’t had a fill in 2 weeks, you must book a full set.

Hybrid Lashes -Full Set

$15.00 deposit required upon booking

Hybrid full set is a mixture of classic lashes and handmade fanned lashes, that are applied to the natural lash. This set gives a semi dramatic look. A $10 non refundable deposit is due upon booking and will go towards the initial full set. If you cancel, the $10 fee will not be refunded.

Hybrid Lashes -Fill

$15.00 deposit required upon booking

50% of lashes must be intact. If you haven’t had a fill in 2 weeks, you must book a full set.

Volume Lashes -Full Set

$15.00 deposit required upon booking

Handmade volume fans made to apply to the natural lash for a more dramatic full coverage look. A $10 non refundable deposit is due upon booking and will go towards the initial full set. If you cancel, the $10 fee will not be refunded.

Volume Lashes -Fill
